3 ROLL
MAV - VARIABLE GEOMETRY PRESS-ROLL
RANGE
The most advanced plate roll for thickness greater than 60-80 mm,(2 – 3 Inches). A machine apart, with many exclusive benefits, the best solution available in “super heavy applications”.
PRESS-ROLL DESIGN
MAV is the absolute easiest 3 roll to operate, as it works exactly like a press-brake. Like a ram, the top roll moves up and down and the material, sits on the side rolls like a bed.
The rolls rotation feeds the entire plate length and rounds the cylinder to the necessary diameter.
MCO – THREE ROLL DOUBLE PINCH
RANGE
The most common design in the industry, with the top roll fixed, and the two side rolls that move up and down to pre-bend the edges, and to roll the plates.
The most inexpensive roll for plates from 15-20 mm (5/8 – 3/4 inch) thickness, up to 80-100 mm (3 – 4 Inch), and more, it is recommended for limited production volumes.
4 ROLL
MCA - FOUR ROLL
RANGE
Innovative and exclusive in design, to roll plate up to 10-15 mm (1/2 inch) thick.
Accurate, fast, easy and intuitive, it is the most high-tech plate roll for “light gauge” in the market.
ONE PHASE CYCLE
No need to pre-bend the two edges of the plate first, and then roll, as on any three roll. A cylinder can be rolled, including the pre-bending of both ends, feeding the plate forward through the rolls, one time only.
MCB - FOUR ROLL
RANGE
The most advanced machines to roll plates from 15-20 mm (5/8 – 3/4 inch), up to 80-100 mm (3 – 4 inch) thick and more. Accurate, easy, intuitive and fast (up to 6 meters – 20ft per minute), it is the most high-tech in “high productive mid-heavy application” in the market.
ONE PHASE CYCLE
No need to pre-bend the two edges of the plate first, and then roll, as on any three roll.
Angle Roll MCP
IDEAL MACHINE FOR ANY TYPE OF PROFILES, ESPECIALLY HEAVY
The DAVI three roll MCP section roll was engineered to answer the requirements of very demanding customers, who need to bend parts of large and extra large dimensions with very strict tolerances.
In each sector of applications: from aerospace to shipyard, from automotive to structural, engineers are always proposing solutions of more sophisticated bent parts, made out of hard material that can only be obtained by bending non-standard profiles at very tight diameters with strict tolerances.
