PIPE WELDING SYSTEMS

ARC-PS-1000 (Pipe System)

(TIG/MIG/MAG/SAW and OPTIONAL HOT WIRE)

The ARC-PS-1000 is a state of the art high-production welding system. Allowing the operator to switch welding processes from TIG to MIG/
MAG or SAW with a simple flip of the switch, allowing for a TIG root pass and MIG/MAG or SAW filler and cap all at the same welding station.
Optional Hot Wire TIG is also available.
Our patented Open Head Stock technology is available in manual or automatic clamping. The Open Headstock design allows for welding and
easy removal of pipe with fittings on both ends.
Adjustable rollers allow for easy centering of all pipe sizes within the range of the open head stock (see page 4 for ranges of different models).
The rail system the rollers are mounted on assures consistent centering of pipe and can easily be moved up and down the rail to accommodate
different pipe lengths.

ARC-3R-2-24 (Pressing Roller Pipe Welding System)

(TIG/MIG/MAG/SAW and OPTIONAL HOT WIRE)

ARC-3R-2-24 is an economical automated pipe welding station that is primarily designed for MIG/MAG or SAW welding, but can be used for TIG
welding as well (optional hot wire available). Its range is from 2" to 24" pipe and uses a three roller station for clamping the pipe in place. The rail

INDIVIDUAL 3 POINT PRESS ROLLERS

Our three point press rollers are used to rotate pipes during the welding process. They consist of two
adjustable support rollers on the bottom which are motorized and one pressing roller on the top (non
motorized). The top pressing roller can be adjusted up and down by a motorized bar screw to adjust for
different pipe sizes within the range of 2" to 24". This system is suitable for welding pipe to all fittings and
can be integrated with our pipe support rollers (shown below) for longer pipe lengths.

FIT-UP STATIONS (Pipe to Fittings)

If you are a fabrication shop owner this tool is a must have. Fast, easy, accurate fit-ups save you man-hours. This unit consists of a
rail system and rollers for alignment of the pipe, an adjustable table for fittings such as elbows, tees which rotate to the angles you
need, and a positioner for proper alignment of slip-on and weld neck flanges. This allows you to accurately square the face as well as
